Henry David Thoreau famously said, "The question is not what you look at, but what you see."
Each day we look at the behaviors - both good and bad - of others. They're all around us. It is through awareness and intentionality that we are able truly see what is going on beneath the surface. Then, and only then, are we able to see behavior for what it is, a symptom of something deeper, and grasp at the root of what's causing it.
Thoreau also said, "Things do not change; we change." These are the words at the heart of my coaching philosophy. Are you ready to change?
